IPEV acquired a majority shareholding in the business in 2017, allowing the founding investor to exit the business.

IPEV provided MBO funding on behalf of the Management Team, along with a significant working capital facility.

Since the MBO, contractor numbers and profitability have grown by more than 300%.

Management has the option to acquire the entirety of the business at a trigger price.
