IPE Ventures was incorporated in January 2017 and has become one of the most successful boutique private equity investment companies operating within the SME buyout market
We are passionate about the sector – deploying private equity funding of between £1m and £20m for MBO’s, full buyouts, growth capital, recovery capital, acquisition funding and equity release transactions.
Our success lies in our ability to provide not just funding, but in our specialist sector focus. This is complemented by the support from a highly successful management team that can offer hands-on expertise and guidance as required.
