Founded in 2012, Payme provides professional and fully compliant Umbrella payroll and contracting services tailored to meet the needs of staffing agencies and employer organisations. They operate a fully compliant operating model, with FCSA & Professional Passport accreditations.

IPEV successfully acquired a majority stake in 2018, partaking in a formal intermediary led process. The transaction allowed founder shareholders to release equity whilst remaining with the business and continuing to lead it.

Payme was acquired as a cornerstone investment for buy and build within this sector. All shareholders are truly aligned in pursuit of further equity growth from both organic and acquisitive activity.

Since the acquisition part of the business has been sold, yet the core business has more than doubled in size and an active M&A programme is underway.
